  1. If you are right handed:

    1. Hold the ball in your left hand

    2. Toss the ball so that it is just in front of your right sholder.

    3. Take one step with your left foot as you toss the ball

    4. Pull your right arm back so that your right elbow is up and  behind your head with your hand close to your right ear.

    5. Reach your right hand up to swing through on the ball while it is still above your head.

    6. Hit the ball like you mean it!

    I hope this helps : )

  2. i know right i'm having the same problem!

  3. You must first learn how to throw the ball to the correct height first. The correct height would be about 5cm above your head. The most important point is to remember that you must throw the ball backwards and not frontwards.

  4. If your right handed,

Stagger your feet so your right one is a little bit in front you your left, and about sholder with apart, toss the ball up with you left hand as you take a step with your left foot, Lift your right arm above your head and hit the ball with your arm straight, Swing through, as you are hitting the ball slide your right foot forward( like dragging the tip of your shoe on the ground).. And practice..

  5. i worked and worked and worked

i would also try looking on your local town's college's directory, and if you know any of the names of the players type it in, it should give you some names. if it comes up with their phone # or email call or email them asking them for some lessons. that should work.

    hope this helps!

  6. you should let your hand loose. sorta floppy if you know what i mean. at least that's what i was told.

  7. To start off:

Stand with your left elbow facing the net (if you are right handed) with your feet planted a foot part apart. Second, toss the ball with your left hand so that it is slightly in front of you and has good height. Take a large step with your left foot towards the direction of the net so that all of your body is leaning forwards. Use the bow and arrow arm swing and then hit the ball when your arm is most outstretched. Hope this helped. Use your momentum to help your ball have more power. Good luck!

  8. follow the techniques everyone has submitted,

but i think the most effective way is keeping your hand wide, this leaves more contact area to hit the ball

keep your hand stiff as a board!
