How do you set Windows Mail up to display Irish characters (letters with fadas)?

This is an example of how it currently displays emails sent to me in Irish:

Tá an t-eolas sa ríomhphost seo agus in aon chomhad a ghabhann leis rúnda agus ceaptha le haghaidh úsáide an té nó an t-aonáin ar sheoladh chuige iad agus na húsáide sin amháin.

and trying to figure it out is a bit of a pain.

Do you know if there is an easy fix to make it display properly.

  1. You use Alt Gr + the vowel you want. So ta=tá. Remember to hold down Alt Gr when your pressing the vowel.

All those funny letters are just á, the computer probebly didnt recognise them. Some applications dont.
