How do you set a custom ringtone on a Palm Centro?

I can't seem to find how to set anything except the ringtones (you know, the boring ones?) that come stocked on the phone. Help!

What I did was go to myxer.com....text a ringtone to yourself. Download it to your phone. It then shows up in the sounds menu where all the other tones are. most everything on mxyer is free so the only thing you pay is the text if you don't have a text bundle.
