How do you set an inner-self alarm clock?

like without having to buy an actual alarm clock. i heard about it and i tried and it didn't work out too well...

  1. No. You need an alarm clock.

    You set the alarm for the same time every single day, and soon enough your body will be prepared to wake up at that time every day.

    You'll find yourself waking up before or exactly when the alarm is due to go off. Then, when you have a day off and don't set the alarm (or set it for later) you will still wake up naturally at your regular time (say, bang on 6am)


  2. It works for me sometimes. I keep a set schedule for about a week and my body wakes up at the same time everyday! It's kinda cool.

  3. Just keep on mind seriously  before u sleep you need to wake as early as possible.keep yourself push for two three day...it will turn to habit..

    That will become self set alarm


  4. well buying an alarm clock is inevitable if you want to set your "inner-self" alarm clock because waking up at the exact same time every day is what causes that to happen like if you wake up at exactly 6 oclock ever day durring the summer you will wake yourself up at that time
