How do you set radio controls from steering wheel on Mercedes C240?

I have radio stations preset. When I push the up and down arrows on the steering wheel to move to next pre-set station goes through EVERY station out there. I just want it to go to preset stations. Tried reading manual and not helpful. Any advice is appreciated. Do not want to be distracted driving changing the radio stations you know. Thank you!

Try using the streeing wheel buttons, use the pager and go to settings, and scroll through the convience menu,  There should be radio frequency and memmory search option.
