I want to allow non-members to send a note to the entire group but not to have access to the group. We are an unemployment support group and would like recruiters to be able to send job postings to opur members, but they are not members. Do I set up a virtual member and then use forwarding??

  1. you'd be better off in the group description stating they can submit these to you to post for them- open posting can open up for all kinds of off topic spams and also your groups members addresses.

none members send my groups such things all the time to the owner

  2. you'll have to leave the group open, go to management and under messages select your options.

  3. Hope these will help to you:
