How do you set up Xbox 360 Live with SBCglobal?

Question

I just got an Xbox 360 Arcade (noobish... Atleast i got one...)

and I wanted to setup my Live

But the IP address would keep failing on the tests

So i called Microsoft and they tried to help

but the problem is that SBCglobal keeps changing the IP address when ever it connects to a 3rd party connection.

Anyone else have this problem?

I do not have a router, and I am not ready to buy one at this time. But if anyone has an asnwer i'd appreciate it
