How do you set up your standards based grade book?

I am an elementary teacher and our school has recently switch from number grades (for ex: 80 in math; 90 in social studies) to a standards based report card ( ex: 2 in fluency). I can't figure out what is the best way to set up my gradebook. Thanks!

I also have this same problem. My county is the only county in my state to do this, and we all seem to be having the same problem. I saw a couple of examples on Excel, but I am looking for some other ideas!
