  1. yahoo archives will only iclude certain things. things like Jpegs wont be saved only only available to those with individual mail settings. you also have to have the group settings to allow attchments for the html to work.

management- under group setting click messages- Posting and Archives (Edit) <-- click the edit- 4th column Attachments, check Distribute- click save changes

  2. Are you asking how to allow HTML?

As the owner or moderator of a group, you can allow users of the group to including HTML and attachments in messages they send to the group.

    Modified: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/...

    Here’s how:

From any page within the group, click Management at the bottom of the list on the left side.

    - Click Messages in the "Groups Settings" section.

    - Click Edit next to "Postings & Archives".

    - Choose Distribute in the Attachments column.

    - Click Save Changes

This allows HTML objects copied into a message or forwarded to remain in the message!
