Do a chemical inventory of you facility and determine which chemicals pose safety/health hazards.  After you have identified those, contact the manufacture of each chemical and request a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to you.  The sheets should then be stored in a book and be readily available to the workforce.  Hazard Communications training (OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200) also needs to be done as well

Composition/information on ingredients

Accidental release measures

Stability and reactivity

Toxicological information

Ecological information

Disposal considerations
