How do you shape shift into animals or even different human characteristics?

Now, there is also mental shifting. The monks did this to create there martial art, the "5 Animals". They watched animals repeatidly, over and over. they learned from them, how to fight. They could shift there mind to be like the animals, a type of meditation, doing as they did. Now, with the help if a ritual you can create, or if you find me on the forum I will help you with, you can induce a type of self hypnosis that makes you think you are indeed your animal of choice.
