How do you share files on a wireless connection?

I want to share files from one computer to another. I have seen printers shared through a wireless connection is it possible for me to set up shared files and how would I go about that?

Major important thing is make sure your on the same network meaning the WORKGROUP or MSHOME after that you have confirmed your on the network and can see other computers in the workgroup set the permissions on a folder to shared and bam there's your shared files or folders =] Good Luck

To do this, i'll give you a step by step instruction.

to start, get on the computer you want to transfer to.

1. open up start menu

2. go to my computer

3. go to control panel

4. go to my network places

5. click on workgroup computers

6. if you are networked with the other computer, it should show up.  take the file off of it.  open it in yours, and print it out or copy it onto the new computer.
