They develop b*****s by taking estrogen and progesterone plus a testosterone blocker.  The most common estrogen is estradiol--from 4 to 6 milligrams a day and the most common progesterone is provera--from 5 to 10 milligrams a day for ten days a month.  One effective testosterone blocker is Spirolactone --from 100 to 300 milligrams a day.  The first thing that most males notice when taking these drugs is an enlarged and more sensitive nipple--then a puffiness and a dull ache behind them as the milk ducts develop.  After that, the b*****s grow--usually a bit smaller than natal females.  If a pre-puberty male takes these drugs chances are good that his breast development will be very similar to a female.  However, hormones do more than just grow b*****s--they feminize a male completely--soft skin, redistribution of body fat to the female shape, and most likely feminize his mind as well.  Reports of a change in sexual preference--from being hetero (preferring women) to bisexuality have been noted among transgenders who have been taking these hormones for an extended period of time.  They will also affect a male's ability to achieve an erection, a decrease in ejaculate volume, and shrink the testicles.
