Just look at the situation and be light hearted there is comedy in almost every thing. Human frailty is one of the most easily used punchlines in the world but you need a light hearted look at every situation and you will find the humor in it. If that doesn't help find books like 1001 quips and quotes. Read! Read! Read! That will help you find humor. Not all people can deliver punchlines and be funny. Timing is essential to a good quip or joke. If you f**t in line at the grocery store turn to the lady behind you and say " Jeez lady what did you eat?" You must be able to take as good as you give though, so be prepared for comebacks and be able to laugh at yourself.
