How do you shrink a shirt a lot?

I have a shirt that is way too big, is there any way i can shrink it down a ton?

It totally depends on what type of shirt it is and what type of material it is. Some shirts aren't going to shrink at all no matter what you do. If you wash it in hot water and dry in a hot dryer and it doesn't shrink a lot then the only way is going to be with a sewing machine.

If it's 100% cotton,then instead of hanging it to dry,put it in the dryer.

I've done it before so it should shrink up.
