How do you shrink things eg crisp packets in the oven?

OK, so i have no idea how this is done

but i heard you can put certain things in the oven or microwave or something and they shrink to perfect mini versions of themselves

it sounded pretty impressive can anyone inform me of how i can sucessfully do it :D

stick a crisp packet onto a plate and into the microwave for 10 seconds it will flash after about 8 secs and voilla a mini crisp pack
