  1. (7 + 3^2) / 8 * 4^2

    (7 + 9) / 8 * 16

    16 / 8 * 16

    2 * 16

    32

If this was really meant to have the product in the denominator, thus:

    (7 + 3^2) / (8 * 4^2) then it's different

    (7 + 9) / (8 * 16)

    16 / 128

    1 / 8

  2. (7+9)/8*4^2

    (7+9)/8*16

    16/8*16

    2*16

    32

  3. using bodmas rule i.e, bracket of division multiplication addition subtraction

                     (7+9)/8*16

                   = (16/8)*16

                   = 2*16

                   =32

  4. =(7+3^2) / 8 * 4^2

    =(7+9) / 8 * 4 * 4

    =16 / 128

    =1 / 8

  5. First solve the powers. Making it (7+9)/ 8 multiplied by 16

Solve either side of the division making it 16/128

Solve by dividing 16 by 128.

    The answer's 0.125
