How do you sleep in late?

No matter what I do or how late I stay up, I wake up at like 7 am. I just want to sleep in like a normal teenager...help me.

  1. You have a built in sleep pattern that controls your wake - sleep cycle. It's called the circadian rhythm. Everyone is different.

    You could only need 6 hours of sleep.

    Most teens need 9 or 10 hours of sleep. Most teens don't sleep that long during the week so they build up a sleep debt. They make up that debt by sleeping in on the weekend.

    So, don't worry about it You're probably just fine.


  2. Stay up late and then keep sleeping? I slept until like 2pm today... I have no clue how people get up so early when theres no school =P
