  1. That is a problem I have sometimes. Kind of just lay there till I fall to sleep which is about two hours before I have to get up. not a whole lot you can do about it.

  2. something stimulates ur brain..

DONT WATCH TV OR BE ON PC 4hrs before sleeping.

    drink warm milk

  3. Its time for you to be reminded that the main simple definition of a bedroom is - It is a place for sleeping. You have a hard time sleeping because there is something wrong with your bedroom. Try the following tips:

1, Remove personal computers and TV's away from your room.

That way temptation of surfing or watching interesting tv

                 programs is width off.

        2. Buy thick blinds to cover windows.

        3. Color your room with blue or any soothing colors.

             It induces sleeping.

        4. Make your bedroom as minimalist as possible. You should only

see a bed in your room and nothing else.

If impossible to do, here's an effective but less costly alternative:

        1. Buy a 1 dollar travel mask with ear plugs.

        2. When at bed, try scrubbing both sides of your feet.  Believe me

             it enhances sleeping physiologically.

  4. Why?- Maybe you have to many thoughts and things you have to do running around in your head...

What can you do? If your mind is racing with thoughts try writing all your thoughts down, even if it does not make sense onto paper and getting them out of your head. It works for me after about a page or so and makes me sleepy! Or try doing puzzles or something give your brain a workout!

  5. It is Insomnia! Drink hot milk before going to bed, and read something funny.

  6. you might have some anxiety. ignore the numb nut that posted the question before you about psychiatrists. Ativan helps alot and can calm down the voices in your head so you can get peaceful sleep. go to your gp and tell him whats going on, you might just need a mild sleep aid. good luck
