How do you slim thighs?

I have athletic thighs and I want to slim them. How do I do it?

  1. Well if you are weightlifting you should be doing enough weight to do about 15 reps per set, that will help with toning.  I would use the hip abductor machines for that.  If your legs are already muscular it will be hard to actually slim then down without losing muscle but toned muscular legs look good anyway.
