    but to work it out you need to get x alone on one side of the equation and solve using inverse sin and using opposite operations.

  2. 2sin x cos x =sqrt 3 sin x

    sin x(2cs x-sqrt3)=0

    2cos x=sqrt 3

    cos x=(sqrt 3)/2

    x=pi/6

    sin x=0 or x=0

    so the answers are x=pi/6 and x=0
