How do you solve the Dr.wood ''T' puzzle?

Question

it has just 4 pieces & is impossible! i ve tried it about 100 times and still not found the solution.

take a piece which one side is forming L put it on the floor tahe the samall pice which is triangle & palce it on left & place the piece which has 3 sides big & 4th side small place it on right side ............then place the 4th piece & put it down wards ............... its done

take the first pice put it wid d second piece n den put it wid d 3rd piece n den put d 4th piece... der d puzzle is solved...
