How do you sound proof a room?

I'm starting to play drums and I need to sound proof my room. Any suggestions?

It all depends on how many windows and doors are there in your room. What is the size of your room? Is there any open ventilator? How many? You can use thermocool substance and cover the open places. I think this much proof is sufficient for your drums.

There are SEVERAL ways to do it.... how much do you want to spend????   An easy some what "cheaper" way to go about it is to use EGG CREATE Matress covers. Also you can use the cardboard drink holders from like Mc D's Or just go to a music store Like GUITAR CENTER  and buy the sound proofing stuff from them...
