  1. It is: かわいい花。

           Kawaii hana

    First you go here: http://www.excite.co.jp/world/english/

To manuver the page, you type in your phrase in the given text box. Next, you see the box to the right? That has the blue square highlighting two kanji? Click the kanji that are in that box underneath the blue highlight square. Next, you checkmark the box underneath the button outlined in orange. Then you get to click said button outlined in orange. Scroll to the far right side, highlight the kana, then press alt+C. Next, you go to www.romaji.org, alt+V into the given text box, and click the button at the bottom that says "Convert to Romaji."

In japanese, the letter /i/ always goes "ee" as in "flee." The letter /e/ always goes "eh" as in "egg." the letter /u/ is silent when it comes after the letter /s/ or inbetween /k/ and /s/ (e.i. "Daisuke" is "Die-skay, not "Die-sook") the letter /r/ and the letter /L/ are fairly interchangable, as the japanese pronounce their R's and their L's as if they were combined. And in general, something like the word "umareru" (def.: to be born, to come into being) or "dare" (def.: who) the combined "RL" sound is very prominate. You can do it by putting the tongue onto the back of the incisors (the front cutting teeth) and saying the sounds together.

This is simply the method that I use, and am very happy with. If it does not work for you, then I hope that my information was able to help with your own developing method.

  2. I assume you mean the phrase 'cute flowers' and not the names of actual flowers...

In which case it would be kawaii ohana - かわいい おはな (polite)

Or in Kanji - 可愛い お花
