How do you spell (sounds like "familial crowley-sythema-vienna")?

I'm a medical transcriptionist, and I just came across this one. My doctor is a hematology/oncology specialist, and this is a condition of some sort, but we never covered it in any of my classes!?! Please help.

I'll extend another vote for polycythemia vera.

God bless transcriptionists.  I can't understand a lot of my colleagues when they're speaking normally, much less dictating...

Polycythemia vera?  A heme-onc doctor would treat that, anyway.
