How do you split groups on taskbar?

As title says, is there a manual way of grouping/splitting groups on the taskbar?

Make a "Favorites" folder for Groups and bookmark each group within the folder.  Then all you have to do is open the folder and click on the bookmark for the group you want to go to.  I hope this is what you are talking about.
