i saw a guide somwhere on the web but i couldnt tell weather or not any of them needed any hardware, and weather the software was free...

    you can get in on for 10 dollars with the callerID spoofcard....also changes your voice........m/f

    most VoIP provider have it with there service, I can change my out-going phone number via my computer!!
