Question:

How do you sprawl and barrel role???

I'm not sure if I am doing it correctly...

  1. to sprawl:

    1. start really low

    2. assuming the ball is to your right, push off your right foot and keep your platform either facing or angled toward your target

    3. make a perfect pass

    4. quickly brake your platform and put your arms on the ground without locking your elbows, and keep your chin up or else you'll split it open and probably need stitches

    5. when your hands hit the ground, push off a little (chin up)

    6. when your on the ground, bring your right (or left if more comfortable) leg up so it's near your chest, then push off and you'll get up in less than half a second

    it takes a little practice, but after like 20 tries, you should be okay. also if i make it sound hard and dangerous, remember, it's not really that hard with practice. i don't know how to roll through...


  2. Assuming you have to dive to your right to dig a ball up.

    You extend your right arm, put your left arm under your waist to support yourself so you can "move" yourself forward.

    Once you dig up the ball, hit the floor with your right elbow, arm and shoulder, and roll to the other shoulder (left), with legs going up. Put your palms on the floor next to your shoulders so that you can roll over to your knees or better to your feet so that you can stand up.

  5. Forward sprawls

    1. Extend your arms underneath the ball and drive the body forward to the floor.

    2. If the ball is below knee height, you must adjust your arms so they are parallel to the floor in order to dig the ball. This is done by bend the elbows or curling the wrists. You may also take a step forward and lean to get into a lower position.

    Side sprawls

    - Sprawl to the side while changing the position of your arms by dropping your inside shoulder. manipulating the position of your arms is important to directing the ball to the target area

  6. extend to the way you need to go and stretch your arm out and you will look like you are in a "spiderman" position then dive on the floor then very fast roll over your head OR you can just plain roll over i find it easyer to roll over your head thats what i do
