How do you start a PTC(Paid To Click) site?

I'm gonna start a PTC site business using the YourOwnBux script, www.yourownbux.com. I know how to run the script, though the only thing I don't know how to do is advertise it. Is there a way to get lots of members for your ptc, say about 1000 members in about a week? If so can you tell me how? Thanks.

Whats the amount for each click.

And whats the minimum payout?
