How do you start a rubberband ball?

my friend took a 25 cent small little ball from the machine and he started rapping rubber bands after rubber bands really tightly from different color rubber bands,every week when i saw the ball it was bigger and bigger and the only thing you saw was the rubber band -it was the coolest thing...everybody make it differently.. good luck

It's obvious that you have to put something in the middle, but what exactly? Maybe a small bouncy ball...

lol, ive got 3 rubber band balls. Tie your first band in a tight knot. Then just try and tie the next one round that one, and keep building it up.

It's hard to start but when you get going its great! lol

You can put rubberbands around a bouncy ball. Keep adding on and you have a rubberband ball

start by tying knots in a rubber band or scrunch up a rubber band and start wrapping rubber bands around it. I have made one this way and got it to the size of a tennis ball.

Have you ever cut open an old golf ball? I think some of the newer ones are made differently, but the older ones are just   balls of continuous rubberband. The center is a little rubber ball. I've heard it said that the little ball in the center had some sort of acid inside, although I've never cut the little ball open.

wrap up a piece of baking foil, and start wrapping the bands around tightly. I've made a big one before.

I use tinfoil and ball it up in my hand then I put rubber bands around it

catch hold with the one end and throw as far as possible, hit on ground m catch it and try on a diferent  side  so that no one catch it, keep control.

I started mine with a bouncy ball. Then I kept wrapping rubberbands around it.

I've made a huge one and a couple little ones... the easiest way to do it is get a bouncy ball and wrap gum bands around that... if you want it to be all gumbands, this way is a little harder, you kinda just have to fold  up gumbands and wrap them around eachother, and eventually it will look like a ball.

I think you start by tying the rubber bands into a knot, and keep tying more to it until you have a knot big enough to put rubber bands around it normally.

i made one with 2000 rubberbands you have to start with some tissues and just put the rubber bands around it and keep going till you get to a big ball it will take a while but it will be fun
