How do you start a youth center?

I have found that there is NOTHING positive and cool for kids to do in my city. Aside from eating and going to the movies there are no cool park or recreational events for the teenagers. I think this breeds problems. I would like to open a youth center complete with all sports (realistically i mean) a computer lab, and different activities yet offer it at a price that low to middle income families can afford. Any ideas on funding?

It isn't just funding Poppet,you have to be trained to a certain extent for this sort of work.

Not too long back I was seriously thinking of setting up

a Rehab help centre for Addicts and Alcoholics.

The draw back being you have to have trained and professional staff . Sadly where I live there are not that many out of work or ready to give themselves to Addicts.

If You really want to do this and put in all the hard work
