  1. As old know all says or an engine that size may have electric start. Just make sure the fuel is turned on and turn the key, usually on the dashboard, like a car.

  2. Is it yours?

  3. You wind the starter line round the pulley, switch on and pull.

  4. I would expect an engine of that size to be an electric start with a key and either turn the key a bit further like a car or push a starter button.

However it may have a pull cord which can be a bit of a devil to use.

  5. set the throttle to start and check if it has a dead mans lead, usually at the end of the throttle a red button, that is pulled out to start, to stop it retracting by its self, insert the dead mans lead, and connect the lead to you,if you fall overboard it will stop the engine, also pull the rip cord to start it, good luck

  6. pull cord

  7. It should have a "Bulb" on the fuel line. Pump it until tight feeling. Be sure the vent on the fuel tank is opened. Pull out the choke or push the button if it electric. Turn the throttle some or move lever (It may have a start position).Turn the switch to on and either turn the key to use an electric starter or pull the rope until your arm fall off. When it start slowly push in the choke or release the button. If, it try to die, move the choke or push the button and release until it run and not need the choke.
