How do you start your own motocross team for kids?????

I helped run, sponsor, and coach a BMX team for 7 years. The strategy would be the same for you. First off, do you ride? If not, do you have a coach in place? Finding sponsors is important, however you need a foundation to attract good sponsors.

Once you get a coach, he will should be able to scout for talent. I always looked for the kids (and teens & even adults) that wanted to win more so than the kids that already did. It's good to have a balance though because as long as the good kids are willing to help the ones that want to learn, you can help to create an actual team, instead of a group of kids wearing the same Jersey.

Aquiring sponsors takes networking as well as selling skills. Show potential sponsors what they can benefit by helping your team. IT's not really that hard all you have to do is talk to a couple of people at shops and most of them will sponsor the kids. People are soft when it comes done to the kids. My son and his friends did that and now me and a couple of friends built a dirt-bike track for lots of other kids to practice on.

then charge people for the hours they stay

Well you must start with money!!

You need some sponsors and some dirtybike fo kids!

A place where you can stay like an hause or a little shop!

Take some pro kid that go fast or kid who are good in motocross and beginner kid to teach him!

Well but the most important thing, you must show your team everywhere to call some new kids!

And ever you need a lot of money!
