Question:

How do you starve yourself?

ok. please do not tell me there are better ways to lose weight

I've tried them

i suck at them

this is what i want to do, so please don't tell me it's wrong

so far I've skipped dinner last night and breakfast

how do people do it for a whole week?

how do you last without collapsing?

and yes i know I'm an idiot

  1.  I starved myself & lost twenty pounds.


    I just ate WAAAY less than what I normaly do. I've kept the weight off. Good luck, there's no right or wrong way to lose weight, while starvation isn't the healiest, it's what works for some people. Drink lots of fluides & stay away from junk foods & empty calories.


  2. I know how you feel= when you have tried everything you get to the point where you think 'i just wont eat/drink' anything. And yes- it works and after a while its easy but then you start losing friends because you dont want to go out to dinner with them or you make friends you shouldnt make because they teach you how to burn 5000 calories in the gym.
    For a short term weight loss solution it works and it works fast but for a long term weight loss you need to change your lifestyle- go to something like slimming world or weightwatchers where they read out how much you lose each week- go to two classes if it will help. For me the embarrassment of not losing any weight or worse- putting a pound on made me stick to it properly and the good thing is you can eat and dont faint or have bad breath from your insides rotting.

    Soups and raw veggies are very filling. Try those.

    the main thing is dont despair- so many people out there want to lose weight too- join a club and get competitive. Good luck.

  3. well starving yourself is not the right way. i did that about a few months ago and then once i lost all my weight, i started wating again but not much i ate normally and i gained it back twice as fast! so the best way to do it is just eat a small portion for breakfast,lunch and dinner. and workout or go for a run everyday. it will work trust me. you may not loose it as fast as you want but you will. and that way you wont eventually gain it back
