How do you stay awake after taking a pill that may cause drowsiness?

I am currently at work and took a tylenol that i now see, "may cause drowsiness" i am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tired now, but i have about 5 more hours to go. Any suggestions?

I see you've not got long left now.... hope you are still awake LOL.....

if it happens again, try drinking cold water, getting fresh air (open all the windows if possible) and get up from your desk to walk around/stretch your legs as often as you can.
