How do you stay committed to working out in the morning?

I am not a morning person, but I'd love to work out in the mornings because it fits my schedule better. I just can't seem to get the motivation to get out of bed and work out in the morning. waking up and getting out of bed seems like torture.

  1. Lets be honest it is torture right? Noone will dispute that working out is not always the most fun, certainly not a 5 am in the morning when the comfortable bed and feather pillows seem that much more inviting. The best way to stay committed is just to try it for a few days. You are going to have to get used to it physically and mentally. Once you get going though - I know you can be unstoppable. Focus - how bad do you want it?


  2. Its really hard definatly, you just have to get willpower and think about what you will gain from the excersise.

  3. We all know how you feel, my trick is not to do it too early and gear it to just before i know i have to shower and get ready for the rest of the day.
