How do you stay mentally alert when coffee makes you sick?

  1. It has been shown that apples in the morning give more of an energy boost in the morning than a cup of coffee does. However, this works in a differnet format. Ill post the link so you can read.


  2. Coffee...smells good, tastes horrible. ...so I don't drink it either. I've had pretty good look taking natural energy boosters like ginseng in the morning with a good breakfast. You might also try ginseng containing energy punches but these are high in calories. Sobe citrus is pretty good and you might find it available at the fountain in some gas stations (Exxon "On the Run" carries it in their Texas stores). Artificial sweeteners make me very very sick (nutrasweet causes me to faint) so I don't drink the diet versions.

  3. They have plenty of Energy Drinks and Energy Bars on the market today. Also you can find "NO-DOZE" and other stimulants in the vitamin section of your store. Tea is also good.Caffeine!

  4. take frequent breaks - stretch and exercise.  Exercise will get the adrenalin going which keeps you alert
