My friends told me to keep all the lights on, drink lots of water, but is there anything else?

  1. Dont hop up cause ur body will just crash. Once daytime hits you should be able to go the full day as long as ur busy

  2. Redbulls and Youtube.

  3. Methamphetamines

  4. watch tv eat a  lot drink coffee get on the computer and just keep yourself occupied

  5. I remember staying up from 7 AM to 9AM the next day, then decided that I NEEDED to sleep, so I forced myself to sleep waking up at 2 PM later that day. I could have stayed up that entire day to if I wanted to. WHat I did was eat something with a decent amount of sodium, like pasta cooked with chicken broth and I drank a couple of sodas, not necessarily containing caffiene right before the time I would usually go to bed (BTW, if it does have caffiene, it will only make you crash faster). Also, I was on the Internet all night with the computer screen as my only light. All the lights were off in my house, but you can have lights on if you want to try and trick your body into thinking it's still daytime. Doing hardly anything stores lots of energy; thus, the staying up late. If you wanna eat, you can, but I don't know if that would tire you out or not since when the digestive system is at work, it tires your body out. Sodium keeps you awake, so try that.

  6. eat every so often also, and drink caffeine and keep yourself busy by doing something you enjoy don't do something boring or you'll start dozing off :]

  7. watch p**n

  8. coffee, energy drinks,

  9. try eating carbs& listening to music that makes you want to get up and dance(or anything active, really). it always helps me when i procrastinate and have to stay up late to do something. oh, i know this is really bad for you, but if i do pull an all-nighter, i buy an energy drink(usually monster) and just take small sips when i feel like i'm getting tired, and it lasts me throughout the day

  10. There's no way....even if you did drugs like coke to stay up all day and night, you'd just crash twice as hard once it wore off.  there's no getting around sleep.

  11. Tea, Coffee, Orange Juice...

Unless you work nights, why would you want to get into that poor habit.  I have done it forever and all my life now I cannot sleep.  I actually used to only take 2 to 3 hours naps and just keep going.  Then it was tea.  It is not really good for you     Don't you like daytime....

I am still a poor night sleeper and do sleep in during the morning late.

  12. CAFFEINE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  13. yes!! i take riddalin or adderol..it keeps u up for hours..u should take one in the afternoon.then in the morn when u wake upp..its crazy ****

  14. Drink lotsa coffe as well of red bull or v or any energy drink with a lot of caffine. stock up on that stuff nd you'll be staying up for a long time. oh, and sugar helps as well:)

  15. You can't, at least not consistently.  The less hours you sleep, the more your body builds up a sleep deficit.  Recent studies on sleep deprivation show a direct causal link to a host of medical problems, including weight gain, diabetes, cancer, etc.

Your best option under your circumstances is to fit as much sleep into your day as possible, even if it's just 15 minutes here or there (cat naps).

Continuing your current course puts you in a lose-lose situation.

  16. take noDoze tablets or other tablets that'll help you or energy drinks like v with guarana in it, or coffee if you liek that oh and occcupy yourself witha  game or movie

  17. Eat Chocolates, drink coffee, and energy drinks.

  18. caffeine, or u could have those 'no doze' tablets that truck drivers use...
