  1. I pretty much guilt myself into working out. I hate feeling guilty so I avoid it by just going. I'm always a lot happier after a good workout and I feel better about my body. That's pretty much my only advice, sorry its not super profound or anything!

I also try to think of my ultimate goals. I don't want to look back on the past year and think about how I made a weak attempt to lose weight but I failed. I want to look back and see how a years worth of hard work has paid off and I feel great about myself and I accomplished something.

  2. Alot of people lose focus while they work out. When you learn how to focus on the muscle your working and get a "pump", you actually learn to like that feeling. It's almost a high, its a feeling of accomplishment. Even just getting a good sweat can make u feel like youve accomplished something. Just remember that when your sore the next day from a workout, it means your making progress. Eventually you'll get mad at urself if you dont get sore. just stay positive and know that the more u do it, the better results u'll see, and the more results u see, the more u'll like working out;-)

  3. You need to make exercise a part of your daily routine.  Try to exercise at the same time each day.  A fitness partner can be a great motivator to help you stay on track.

  4. two words... will power. the truth is, no one can make you stick to the workout but you. if you want it bad enough you'll make it happen. words of encouragement is a great motivation tool but activation is the true key to getting real results. You can do it just like nike! focus - fitness! :)

  5. listen to some RATM to get u pumped and just convince yourself that you HAVE to or u will be fat forever and alone for the rest of your life
