  1. Two choices: Legitimate, or illegitimate. The first option would include discussions with a supervisor, filing reports, getting corroboration, and so on.

    As for the second option, well, use your imagination.


  2. you could report them to their boss and they will get told to behave, but by far the best way is a very quiet whisper in their ear telling them if they don't stop you'll find them outside work and give them a kicking just make sure on one overhears you

  3. you need to stand up to a bully , tell them that you find there behaviour immature and offensive, if there attitude doesnt sttop then you will be informing your boss, stand up to them , if say something to you infront of people .  , dont just sit there and  take it , tell them politly what you think , this will probley embarrass them and knock them down a peg or two, if they still dont stop them make sure you do go to your boss

  5. find out the bully's weakness and take it from there.  Unless this bully is totally psychotic s/he has some sort of weakness.  Say the bully has a problem with reading comprehension.  When ever you're in a group setting talk about books and ask their opinion or give them something to read when in front of other people then ask them questions.....  If you're smart you can train this person kind of like Pavlov's dog.  They'll want to stay away from you as much as possible.  Find their weakness but be subtle so you aren't the one who winds up in trouble for harassment.
