She is a female Tuxedo cat that is 5yrs. old (her 6th b-day is August 15th!) She is fixed. We have one other cat that is 10yrs. and a dog that is 4yrs. She started peeing a couple yrs. ago on our rug. When we got rid of that she started peeing in my tub. She stop for a couple months and now she is peeing on our wall. My parents said that they were gonna get rid of her but I don't want to because we had to give our last cat that pooped everywhere to a farm and it was sad.

  1. Do you only have 1 litter box?? Try getting one for each cat, some don't like sharing, also try changing the litter, they may not like the particular type.  I had the same problem, now they both use their own box and enjoy the new liter.  Also, change the litter often, they dont like peeing on piles of poo.

  2. Get the Feliway wall plug-in. It releases a synthetic cat "feel-good" hormone (the scent that they rub off when they scrape chair legs and such with their chins) and this will help your cat to feel calmer and stop peeing in areas where she shouldn't be peeing.

  3. maybe with all the other animals shes marking her sent every were, just go back to the old days of toilet training her. good luck

  4. , most definite it needs to get spayed or neurted. you would not believe the difference.
