How do you stop a massive nosebleed?

I'm bleeding through both nostrils and i need help now!

Pinch the bridge of your nose hard, like a torneqate for your schnoz!

Make sure you keep your head back and use a tissue to keep it off you. Make sure you dispose of the tissue properly.

use a tampon, its going to stop the bleeding, face the ceiling and get some ice.

I'm prettty sure you're lying, but just in case youneed to know, you have hold your head high, and look at the ceiling. And use a cold, wet, tissue paper to pinch the 'bridges' of your nose. Then after a couple of mins when it slows down put an ice pack over it. =]

You need to keep your head tilted as far back as you can. Keep cold compresses on it or ice cubes in a cloth. By keeping your head tilted the bleeding should stop. Whether you have nose bleeds regularly or this is your very first one,I would see a doctor if you haven't already. It could be a sign of having high blood pressure. Good luck.
