I suggest you read it as it point out ALL causes and solutions.

  2. Maybe try keeping the litterbox cleaner.  If he's neutered, it can't be that he's marking his territory... Typically in this scenario he'd only pee and p**p all over the house because the litter pan isn't as clean as he'd like it to be.

  3. He could be depressed, he could have a bladder infection, or he might not have been properly litter-trained.

Depressed: make sure you play with him lots, give him daily treats (unless he is overweight), and give him lots of love.

    Bladder-infection: Call your vet.

    Improperly litter-trained: litter train him!

  4. How much time do you spend with him? Usually cats p**p or pee on their owner beds and such when they are left alone allot.... Another thing to note, is that male cats will retain their urge to mark territory, even AFTER being neutered, unlike dogs... Now this depends from cat to cat, but he might be marking his turff ... the best thing i can think of in this case is using some pet safe sprays on areas most marked to discourage it... see cats instinctively KNOW to go to a litter box, why? because they look for loose soil or sand like places to bury their f***s in the wild...

    hoped i helped ^__^
