  1. I watched on a show perhaps it was oprah, this lady(real fat) would picture the food as dirt or anythng disgusting and would try make herself sick while eating it and it worked for her, i tryd this with mcdonalds and it workd for me i could easly trick myself.

usually when i crave candy is because im bored do sumthing entertaining and u wont think about eating yummies

  2. most people don't realize, but you are actually addicted to it. Its like quitting smoking to cut your sugar intake. I reccomend eating a piece of fruit in the beginning when you get cravings.

As for chocolate.. when you crave chocolate, it is ussually a good indication that you need calcium.  (which is why women crave it more)  Drink a glass of milk when you crave chocolate.. and it willl make that desire go away. (it may not be nearly as fun)

  3. Have a little bit less of it every day, until you're completely off of it.

Distract yourself from thinking about that stuff by doing something engaging (playing a sport, watching a scary movie).

  4. Start by not having anything in the house to tempt you - and I mean anything. Get rid of it. That way it will help you at home to cut back. I do this and sometimes i am really craving for some chocolate. Usually I eat a banana instead or a fresh carrot also seems to help my cravings. If you must eat chocolate for for 70% dark Lindt. It has a very low sugar content.

  5. The truth is, you WILL NOT STOP CRAVING IT.  The only way you can stop eating it is if you decide with yourself that you no longer need it.  I'm not sure of your situation; losing weight, bad teeth w/ sugar, diabetes, but regardless if you need to quit the junk foods you have to make the decision yourself!  My suggestion is every time you get that craving, subsitute.  Eat a strawberry or a peach, or have some sugarfree yogurt.  Maybe try using SPLENDA sweetner instead of added sugars.  I have been cutting sugars from my diet for the last couple months, and I still crave it everyday!  Hope this helps..
