How do you stop emails from Yahoo Groups from comming in to my email account? Getting 300 emails a day?

reset your groups mail preferences

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the column Mail Delivery click the arrow for the drop down box and select no mail or maybe digest (you'll get 25 posts at a time)- click save changes
