How do you stop/get rid of first signs of mold in the corner of a wardrobe?

hi folks, just moved into a new house and after removing something for use (after 8 wks here) i noticed some mold on the item so i looked in the wardrobe and right in the back corners is approx 2 inches of green damp, not yet fury, what do i do stop spread. thanks for your time.

if you see mold , it's going to become air-borne. Use 1/2 cup of bleach to a gallon of water and the mold should not only go away, but should never return.

For mold to exist, there must be moisture.   There is likely a water leak from a pipe or the roof.    

If the wall is soft and decomposing, pull it away so you can see the interior of the wall, or get a contactor in to check it out.
