  1. drink at least a liter to 2 liters of water in the morning b4 you go to work, you might have to pee a bit, but you'll be well hydrated. Also eat watery fruits and veggies like oranges, apples, lettuce, etc, they'll help keep you hydrated.

  2. I'm outside doing sales all day here in the Valley, ugh...Get a towel, wet it and put it in the freezer the night b4. Don't fold it, just shape it like a U.  Take it out the next day & put it around your neck. It will cool you off big time!

Sharper image has one that does the same thing.  Link below.  I'm thinking about buying one.

You must hydrate, drink tons of water, electrolytes.  Don't stand in the sun, only shade and stay away from reflective windows and pools of water for long periods.  It can harm your eyes.

Also, there are miniature solar panels attached to a mini-fan that clips onto your hat.  Link below as well.

  3. Drink more water.  Keep a wet, cold towel around your neck.  Don't over-exert yourself.  Eat a healthy breakfast and lunch that keep your blood sugar regulated. Hang in there.  If it is too much, go somewhere cool.  It's not worth having a heat stroke over.  Good luck.

  4. Drink lots of water. DO NOT DRINK GATORAIDE. Wear a wide brimmed hat. Drink lots of water some more.

  5. Wear a Straw Hat & drink PLENTY of Water (Try THIS trick; put 2 or 3 small bottles of water in your Freezer -the night before you take them to work... They'll slowly melt during the day as you work, & you'll always have refreshing ice water to drink!).
