How do you stop im's from going to you're cellular?

i mean even from yahoo messenger when i log of it goes to my mobile and its not checked of in preferances., so when peeps send masses i get them on my cell phone. any way to turn this off

You might have to go on the internet on the phone,log in on the messenger if you are not already,and SIGN OUT.

OR

You can go to the messenger on your computer,go on settings and you should be able to change your mobile service,like to turn it off or so.

talk to your cell phone company and they should be able to change the settings for you.

At one point you logged into Yahoo IM (assuming you are talking yahoo IM) with your cell phone..

So you can login to Y!IM from your PC, and if you goto "Messenger"  on the top menu *file, edit view etc..* then you should see an option for "Login to mobile", make sure it only says "Log in" and not "Logged in to mobile <number>".  However, just logging into Y!IM should bump you back to your PC and off your cell..
