How do you stop on rollerblades???

I have those brakey things on the back of one but it doesn't work!! Please help!

Well, for the back brakes - try lifting your toes while moving slowly until you get the feel of the brake digging in. There are other ways, described in detail here.

Probably twist you skates 90 degrees and usually it stops. I had the same problem. You might fall your first few times trying though. Keep practicing!
