  1. Purchase a McAfee Security CD at Office Depot.  It's easy to install.

  2. Follow the instruction on the link below to clean your computer

10 easy step virus and spyware removal using free software

  3. Go to www.avast.com and download the free home edition and scan all of your drives. They are on top of things. There are also some free malicious software removers on www.download.com, but I don't know which one is best. This happened to me, what happened to you. Look for an adware remover.

  4. Could you say the name of the company that keeps

popping up .....as this is a rogue program that you

need to remove SAP.....any name will help.

    Please add to your Q.

Thankyou..........AntiSpywareMaster is a rogue anti-spyware program from the same developers as AntiSpywareExpert. Once installed, AntiSpywareMaster will scan your computer and display a variety of false positives and fake results, which can only be removed if you purchase a license of the software.

  5. It isnt a company, its a virus in itself.  If its the one w/ the windows logo or if it says something like "spyware tracker" you may be in some trouble.   Try taking note of the name of it next time it pops up and then go into "search" from the start panel and try to find it and delete it.  Unfortunately,  we caught the Windows fake at work and had to completely wipe out alot of our PCs.  Try gettting AVG, Adaware, Avast, or Norton antivirus.  If that doesnt work, backup all the files you want to keep and call your computer provider for more info.

  6. go to start--> control panel-->Add Remove programs (XP) or Programs (Vista). Then Uninstall the program the "virus protection company" was trying to sell you. my uncle had this same problem and he ended up getting p**n pop ups on his computer after a while so you should nip this in the bud now.

  7. Delete it immediately, it will s***w up your computer after a few days.  It's a virus/spyware that can't be totally deleted through Add/remove programs if you dont delete it before it starts.

    To completely delete:

Download Avast antivirus, install, and update

Download A-squared from emsisoft.com, install, update

Download Adaware from lavasoft, install, update

Download Norton Security Scan by searching for google pack, install, update

Once installed, restart your computer, keep pressing f8 until you are given a choice to go to Safe Mode.  Select safe mode, run all of your new programs, and do full scans.
